How to reverse insulin resistance, reduce high blood sugar, and avoid becoming diabetic?
Here is simple yet very effective ways to do so:
- It is very important that you switch to intermittent fasting lifestyle (SKIP breakfast)
- Eat ONLY one meal a day at least once a week (24 hours fast)
