How to reverse insulin resistance, reduce high blood sugar, and avoid becoming diabetic?

Here is simple yet very effective ways to do so:

  • It is very important that you switch to intermittent fasting lifestyle (SKIP breakfast) 
  • Eat ONLY one meal a day at least once a week (24 hours fast) 
  • If able to do so, try prolonged fasting (48-72 hours) a few times a year
  • Take Zinc supplements  
  • Take Magnesium bisgalycinate supplements
  • Take Chromium supplements
    • Make sure you eat copper rich food while taking chromium
  • Drink lemon water 30-60 min before meals
  • Take Apple Cider vinegar shots 15 minutes before meals 
  • Walk for at least 20 minutes after each meal
  • Drink fenugreek and cinnamon teas
  • Consume more chia seeds/ pumpkin seeds/ sunflower seeds 
  • Switch from eating starch to eating resistant starch
    • Eat cooked, cooled in the fridge, then heated potato or rice
    • Avoid eating rice or potato right away after cooking
  • Avoid snacking between meals
  • Reduce your intake of fruits
  • Exercise regularly (preferably in the morning while fasting)
