Tips to sleep better at night: 

  • Make sure your bedroom temperature is 70 F or less (Optimal temperature is 65 F)
  • Avoid physical effort (sport, workout, etc) at least 5 hours before bedtime 
  • Expose yourself to the sun and/ or take vitamin D3
  • Avoid eating heavy meal at night
  • Avoid eating at least 3 hours before bedtime
  • Take magnesium bisglycinate supplements 
  • Add kiwi fruit, pistachios, and tart cherry juice to your diet 
  • Use blue light blocking glasses 2 hours before bedtime  
  • Reset your Circadian Rhythm by getting outside early in the day
