Tips to sleep better at night:
- Make sure your bedroom temperature is 70 F or less (Optimal temperature is 65 F)
- Avoid physical effort (sport, workout, etc) at least 5 hours before bedtime
- Expose yourself to the sun and/ or take vitamin D3
- Avoid eating heavy meal at night
- Avoid eating at least 3 hours before bedtime
- Take magnesium bisglycinate supplements
- Add kiwi fruit, pistachios, and tart cherry juice to your diet
- Use blue light blocking glasses 2 hours before bedtime
- Reset your Circadian Rhythm by getting outside early in the day
